SAFEGUARDING AND CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
We, the Principal, Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching) and Parents of Children, Loreto Day School, Bowbazar, commit ourselves to “the affirmation of the dignity of the human person,” affording each Loreto Day School, Bowbazar child love and protection. We undertake, therefore to protect the rights of children entrusted in our care by providing them a safe and respectful environment, free from any form of abuse.
We pledge to minimise risks, to be sensitive and alert in recognizing, responding and reporting to the authorized personnel, any form of child abuse ensuring a prompt, fair and just hearing to the concerned person/ persons (both victim and perpetrator/ offender)
